What’s you need to Pre-Qualify

DOCUMENT CHECK LIST

  1. Pay Stubs covering last 30 days
  2. 2020, 2021 Complete Tax Return
  3. 2020, 2021 W2/1099
  4. Most recent 2 months bank statements
    (ALL pages including blank pages)
  5. Driver License
  6. Social Security Cards
  7. Copy of Leases
    (If other properties are owned and rented. Include copy of Home Owner’s Insurance and Property Tax Bill)
